History
The Binitord project was launched in 2007 with an underground cellar model that would not be exposed to temperature fluctuations in order to guarantee the quality of the wine. In 2019 they made an expansion of a new 280-meter warehouse above the current winery in order to improve their production.
Vineyards
The Binitord winery has five hectares of vineyards planted in the southern part of Ciutadella, halfway to Far d’Artrutx, which allow it to produce around 30,000 bottles. Many of the vineyard tasks are still carried out by hand.
