From February 3 to 5, 2025, the Barcelona Wine Week (BWW) was held in which a total of 32 wineries from the Balearic Islands, including the Menorcan wineries Torralba and Torralbenc, as well as the Association of Wine Producers of Menorca, were present to make themselves known nationally and internationally.
Compared to the 2024 edition, this year the participation of wineries of wines with protected designation of origin (PDO) or protected geographical indication (PGI) of the Balearic Islands increased by 37.5%, thanks to the support of the Directorate General of Agrifood Quality and Local Product. In addition, the Conselleria financed practically the entire cost of the stands (90%).
