From Alba Menorca, they have contributed to the wine sector, the impetus and development of the Garnatxa variety on the island. Alba Blanca Garnatxa is the only monovarietal wine on the island of Menorca, thanks to which they have achieved that this variety is accepted in the IGP Vins de la Terra Illa de Menorca for the first time since its creation.

The name ALBA MENORCA, arises from recovering an abandoned (“asleep”) land that has been recovered (“awakened”), as the first rays of dawn wake us up every dawn. History
Torralba is born in Ciutadella as a vineyard landscape that emerges from the idyllic Cala Macarella in the southwest of the island.
ALBA MENORCA was born with the desire to highlight the excellence of the wines of the
island, in a sustainable environment that respects nature.
Vineyards
Located on a 200 Ha estate, with 28.5 Ha of dry-farmed vineyards, where the Grenache, Monastrell, Malvasia and Cabernet varieties are hand-grown , planted in pots, with rational viticulture, with animals (sheep), plant cover, and bee honeycombs.
Location
Torralba is a 200-hectare agricultural estate southwest of Ciutadella.
It presents a vineyard landscape that looks out over the idyllic Cala Macarella located in the southwest of the island.
